Hoover's is a subscription-based business information provider. Hoover's primary method of generating sales leads for its products is through the Hoover's Free Site, a kind of demo for the full suite of Hoover's tools and data.

The Subscription Options area of Hoover's serves to educate potential customers about the various product offerings available to them. It was determined through analysis of web stats and lead stats that this area was underperforming in terms of quality lead generation. A redesign was initiated and the result performed better than the previous version by an order of magnitude.

Role

Led the interface design work; collaborated on visual design and layout; collaborated on copywriting; worked heavily with Sales and Marketing to quickly deliver a solution that exceeded expectations.
