My Hoover's

My Hoover's is an area for Hoover's subscribers to manage features and content of personal interest to them. It contains an area for managing a company watch list, with foldering and expand/collapse capabilities, as well as an area for managing saved searches, news alerts, and news letters.
My Hoover's was the first major project I worked on at Hoover's. It is also one of the most successful products Hoover's has ever launched (see Further Reading, below).
Role
Iterated the interfaces through a series of usability tests and internal reviews; defined the process flows and the means of interaction; collaborated on visual design and layout; collaborated on Go-To-Market activities and customer service training.
